Pastor Edgar and Mardia Lira have been serving in ministry across Latin America for over 30 years.
They began their journey through music and evangelistic concerts, traveling extensively throughout the Americas and gaining a broad understanding of the spiritual landscape of the Latin American church.
After sixteen impactful years of touring, during which their ministry gained widespread recognition, they began to sense a new calling from God: the need for a fresh model of church to emerge in Latin America.
Following God’s guidance, they partnered with Central Church in Las Vegas, NV. They moved from Mexico City to Las Vegas to learn from Central’s systems and ministry philosophy, and to help develop a replicable church model centered on the transformative message of Radical Grace.
With this renewed vision, Pastor Edgar and Mardia Lira are committed to advancing God’s work in Latin America by training pastors, supporting church communities, and equipping local leaders to serve with purpose and clarity.
Understanding that the need far surpasses what a single Spanish-speaking church can meet, they launched L4L, Inc.—an initiative designed to partner with others who share the vision of seeing lives transformed by Christ throughout Latin America.
Now, after fifteen years of pastoral leadership and hands-on experience at Central Church, Pastor Edgar and Mardia continue with the same passion and commitment: to be catalysts for a movement of God by empowering pastors, strengthening churches, and raising up a new generation of leaders across the region.

Our vision is wider than one or two countries or one or two cities.
In the last few years, we have seen exponential growth and influence on our work and ministry. Currently, we have Spanish-speaking churches growing in Mexico, Cuba, and the US.
